Symposium Evaluation Form

The Education Symposium was hosted by Lilly Endowment in an effort to build on the growing momentum and dialogue throughout the state around the importance of education in Indiana.  Feedback from a broad range of community representatives guided the content of the symposium, which, as a matter of convenience for attendees, was scheduled in conjunction with the annual fall conference of the Indiana Grantmakers Alliance.  It is in this spirit of collaboration that we now seek and welcome your feedback.
